The price for a base cabin is $25 a sq. foot. This includes a 3/4 plywood 2000 lb.
floor, board and batten poplar siding, corrugated metal roof, and a 4 foot double
door. Free delivery within a 100 mile radius is offered. Contact us to discuss
delivery options if you live further away.

Prices are quoted in square footage of floor space. For example, to replace the
standard board and batton siding with tongue and groove pine, on a 10x16
building, the additional cost would be;
10x16= 160 sq. ft. x $3.40 = $544
